- 1 serving with no topping: 315 calories, 10 grams protein, 42 grams carbs, 12 grams fat
- 1 serving with topping: 390 calories, 14 grams protein, 49 grams carbs, 19 grams fat
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 scoop vegan protein (garden of life vanilla protein)
- 1 drop vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 cup berries
- Bring water to a boil then add oats, cinnamon, chia seeds and vanilla extract.
- Whisk eggs until foamy.
- Once oats have absorbed most of the water, add egg whites and whisk through for one minute.
- Fold in berries.
- Optional: Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut & 4 hazelnuts.
