Our six-week challenge is one of the top ways that people have found Strong Tower and Crossfit in general. We have a bunch of men and women who have completed the challenge and continue to stick around (even though it’s cool if you don’t).

Brand New to Crossfit?

We 100% get that the whole “crossfit thing” can be really intimidating. And we DON’T want you jumping into it – our #1 priority is your safety and comfort level.

That’s why the 6 week challenge is perfect for Crossfit Newbies. Learn with other people who are just trying out Crossfit for the first time in a fun and relaxed environment.

Brand new to fitness?

You can’t do a pull-up? Or a push-up? Or jump rope? Or run? No worries. We’ve got you covered.

Every workout we do is scaleable, meaning that everyone can find a movement that they CAN do, no matter what their fitness level or physical limitations.  Seriously. No. Matter. What.                                                                

WHat will i be eating?

Eating nothing but lettuce doesn’t sound fun to us. C’mon, we love our tacos. But we also get that not everyone wants the same kind of taco.

Our nutrition guidance is customizable so you can make it fit YOUR needs and YOUR lifestyle. We promise we’re not the Paleo Police. We like donuts, too.

Hang out with our #fitfam for a day and you’ll fall in love. Seriously, they’re that amazing.

By joining the challenge, you are automatically included in our loving, fun, slightly irreverent and totally supportive community. You also get access to a private Facebook group with your fellow challengers.

How does the challenge work?

The challenge consists of 3 workouts a week for six weeks for a total of 18 workouts. You can do 18 workouts, right? We thought so, too.

We have a couple of different time options to make sure it doesn’t disrupt your life. Our challenge classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays (either at 6:30 am or 7:15 pm – your choice) and you do NOT have to commit to one time or the other. Come when it’s convenient for you. The third class each week is on Saturdays at 8 am.

What if i miss a class?

It’s A-OK if you have to miss a class. We’re not going to kick you out of the program. So if you’re looking at the class schedule and you know up front you’re going to miss a session or two, that doesn’t disqualify you from the challenge. Any more than 3 misses is going to hurt your progress so keep that in mind. We know this is an investment and you should get your money’s worth!


In a word? No. Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to participate in our 6 week challenge. No one and we mean NO ONE is too old for Crossfit. Don’t believe us? Check out this video that shows why Crossfit can work for anyone of any age.

What can i accomplish in six weeks?

You tell us. What do you want to do? How far do you want to go? We’re not as interested in what your goals are as we are in what your motivations are. Why are you doing this? Why do you want this? We help you connect your why to your how. In 6 weeks you can lose weight, get stronger, gain confidence, develop new habits and more. But what really counts is what you’re focused on. What do you want? And maybe we can help you get it.

The beginners’ challenge at a glance:


Nothing, and we mean NOTHING affects your fitness level more than nutrition. You could have the greatest mindset in the world and if your nutrition is subpar, your fitness will show that. 

Strong Tower nutrition is all about small habits that add up to big changes. Our nutrition coaches are NOT the food police. Like your ice cream and tacos? So do we. But we help you pay more attention to what you’re eating, how it makes you feel and simple changes that don’t throw off your entire lifestyle, but enhance it. 



This isn’t our first rodeo. We have an entire plan ready for you before you walk through the door for orientation. And the plan works for anyone regardless of where you’re starting from. 

We don’t care what you can’t do. We care about what you CAN do. That’s where we come in. We’ll do the hard part of figuring out the how. You just figure out your why and show up every day. That’s how this thing works.  

Three times a week for six weeks. And we’re there every step of the way.

how much does this cost?

The entire Challenge costs $250. This price includes:


  • All 18 workouts with official Crossfit coaches (all of whom are L1 or higher)
  • Flexible fitness training that will meet you where you’re at no matter what your current fitness level
  • 100% Customized nutrition coaching
  • Access to our certified nutrition coaches on-staff
  • Access to the Healthy Steps Nutrition program model – designed and overseen by a Registered Dietician
  • LIFETIME access to our Private Facebook community for Challengers (including the entire STCF staff and past challengers)
  • 24/7 Support from our staff, our extended community and your fellow challengers
  • LIFETIME bragging rights that you completed such an amazing program
  • The program starts April 29 and runs through June 8.
  • There will be an orientation on Sunday, April 28 at noon. 

how do i sign up?

Click the button below and you’ll be taken to a page where you can sign up for your FREE, no pressure 15 minute in-person meeting at Strong Tower Crossfit. Why do we do this? Because, we want to meet you. This challenge is NOT FOR EVERYONE and we need to make sure that those people who sign up for our program are a good fit for it. If you are driven, positive, open minded, open to constructive feedback and ready for a change in your life, chances are pretty good that you will qualify but a face to face meeting is required.

Please note that if you sign up during your interview, the minimum amount to reserve your spot is $100 and will be due at the time of sign up.
