How does the challenge work?
The challenge consists of 3 workouts a week for six weeks. We have a couple of different time options to make sure it doesn’t disrupt your life. Coaches are always on hand to discuss concerns or problem areas that you want to work on. And of course, nutrition will always be a hot topic and we have certified nutrition experts on staff to help you out.
